If the Lee County Title 10 vasectomy funds for the current fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) have been used, Lee County residents may seek assistance through the Title 10 programs of the Charlotte County Health Department and of the Collier County Health Department.

Dr. Doug Stein is a provider for the Lee County Health Department, and performs vasectomies on a regular basis at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Ft. Myers. For exact dates, please see Dr. Stein's schedule. If the Ft. Myers dates are not convenient, you may also have your vasectomy under the Lee County Title 10 program at the Planned Parenthood Clinic in Naples or at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Sarasota. If you do not qualify for Title 10 assistance, the fee at all Planned Parenthood clinics is $490.
