Fourth Annual International NSVI Vasectomy Ski Seminar
January 15-20, 2018; Frisco, Colorado
The Fourth Annual International NSVI
Vasectomy Ski Seminar drew a huge crowd of 9 vasectomist participants
from 4 countries. All doubled as faculty and audience, exchanging data
and ideas on a wide range of topics pertaining to the social and
technical aspects of vasectomy. While these exchanges were scattered
throughout each day on ski lifts, hiking trails, and Frisco's delightful
Main Street, the formal didactic sessions took place on select evenings,
usually following fine food and wine consumed at the cozy A8 condo or
one of Frisco's many pubs and restaurants. This year was a very
family-oriented meeting. We had 2 boys ages 10 and 9; 3 girls ages 9, 5, and 4 months;
and one miniature poodle age 18 months.Standing: Gabriel Labrecque (9), Robert Kulik (Warsaw, Poland), Maryann Stein, Michel Labrecque (Quebec City), Jonathan Stack (World Vasectomy Day, NYC), Doug Stein (Tampa, holding Knightley), John "JB" Abano (Seattle)

Experts skied every day ... | ... but the less daring still enjoyed the mountains. |
There were presentations to the whole crowd ... | ... and breakout sessions. |
The academics extended to wine ... | .. and the science of bouquet and color. |
Everyone got be a chef ... | ... and the feasts were spectacular. |
Every evening was a banquet, heavily vegetarian ... | ... but always at least one high-protein option. |
The A8 dining area accommodated most of us ... | ... even on birthday night. |
Nature was gorgeous ... | ... in all its forms. |
