Vasectomy Fees are considerably lower for men who have health insurance plans that cover vasectomy with companies with whom we have contractural agreements, even for men who have not met their insurance deductibles. See below under "Private Health Insurance". Men without health insurance may qualify for a FREE or LOW-COST vasectomy under Title X (Ten). See below under "Title X".

Reversals Fees are not covered by most insurance companies. More details are on our Reversal page.

VISA & MasterCard (not Discover or American Express) are accepted at all locations. For vasectomy services in our main office in Lutz, we also accept CareCredit (click for our office policy) for the balance payment ($540) after the $150 deposit has been paid during online registration with Visa/MasterCard. We do NOT accept CareCredit for vasectomies at our satellite locations or for reversal consultations or procedures.
