The Broward County Health Department offers Title 10 coverage for vasectomy services for men who qualify based upon income and family size. Family Planning services (and vasectomy counseling) were once offered at the 2 health centers listed below, but are now offered only at the Edgar Mills Health Center. These are federal funds, so you need not live in Broward County to be eligible for assistance.

To schedule a same day appointment or for more information, clients should call (954) 467-4705 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
You will be given an appointment for vasectomy counseling, financial screening, labwork, and a brief physical exam. If there is an issue in the lab work, you may have to return, but if everything is ok and if you qualify for assistance, a letter would be sent to you advising you to make the appointment with their provider.
