Collier County may have Title X vasectomy funds, which are made available on a sliding scale based upon income and family size. A candidate's first step is to call the Health Department to verify eligibility. If funds are available and you qualify, they will set up an appointment with a nurse for counseling and signing of the consent. Collier County has two locations. The Naples location is at 3339 Tamiami Trail East, Building H, Naples FL 34112 (239) 252-8207**. The Immokalee location is at 419 North First Street, Immokalee, FL 34142 (239)252-7300**. Patricia Gully, R.N. is the Supervisor of the Sterilization Program. Vasectomies are performed by Drs. Doug Stein and Alex Galante at their main office in Tampa/Lutz. It is a bit of a drive, but only one visit is required.
