Hillsborough County Health Department

The Hillsborough County Health Department (HCHD) has an active Vasectomy Program with Title X financial assistance for men who qualify based on income and family size. Vasectomies are performed by the VasWeb Vasectomy Doctors in their office at 288 Crystal Grove Boulevard in Lutz.

  2. Patients were previously required to complete a pre-operative physical exam and labwork prior to vasectomy. As of April 3, 2026 patients no longer are required to complete these tasks.

    At least 30 days after signing your consent for the procedure, you may have your vasectomy in the Lutz office of VasWeb, PA. Please call 813-536-1430 to schedule.
