The Lee County Health Department has a Title 10 vasectomy program that pays for vasectomy for men with low income and no health insurance. To find out if funds are still available for the current fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) and to arrange an appointment for counseling and to determine eligibility for financial assistance call the North Ft. Myers Clinic at 85 Pondella Road.
Drs. Doug Stein and Alex Galante are providers for the Lee County Health Department, and perform vasectomies on a regular basis their main office in Lutz. For exact dates, please see their schedule. If you do not qualify for Title 10 assistance, their standard fee is $690.
