The Lee County Health Department has a Title 10 vasectomy program. To find out if funds are still available for the current fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) and to arrange an appointment for counseling and to determine eligibility for financial assistance call the North Ft. Myers Clinic at 85 Pondella Road.

If the Lee County Title 10 vasectomy funds for the current fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) have been used, Lee County residents may seek assistance through the Title 10 programs of the Charlotte County Health Department and of the Collier County Health Department.
Drs. Doug Stein and Alex Galante are providers for the Lee County Health Department, and perform vasectomies on a regular basis their main office in Lutz. For exact dates, please see their schedule. If you do not qualify for Title 10 assistance, their standard fee is $590.
