The Florida Department of Health / Miami-Dade offers Title 10 coverage for men without health insurance who qualify based upon income and family size.
Please call 305-575-3800 and express an interest in Title 10 vasectomy services.
You will be referred to the clinic nearest you for counseling and financial screening. The four clinics that provide family planning services are (1) Health District, (2) West Perrine, (3) Little Haiti, (4) Florida City, and (5) West Dade Family Planning Clinic. Maps and directions to each are in the Health Department's website HERE.
If you are eligible and if funds are available, your paperwork will be sent to the office of the contracted physician. Their staff will call you to arrange for your vasectomy at least 30 days after the date on which you signed consent at the Health Department.
