Orange County has Title X (Ten) funding available for vasectomy for men who qualify based on income and family size! Funding is "all or none" with no sliding scale.

Patients should call the Orange County Health Department (OCHD) at 407-858-1487 Ext. 3 and arrange an appointment for financial screening and counseling. If approved, OCHD will fax your paperwork to the office of VasWeb Doctors Doug Stein and Alex Galante. A week after you sign your consent, call the VasWeb office at 813-536-1430 for an appointment date and time.

Vasectomies are performed by VasWeb Doctor Alex Galante at VasWeb locations in Orlando and Kissimmee. If you do not qualify for financial assistance, the standard fee is $690.
