The Alachua County Health Department, located on the east side of town in a wooded area off SE 24th Street, offers Title X coverage for vasectomy services for men without health insurance who qualify based upon income and family size.
To schedule a vasectomy consultation with the Alachua County Health Department, please call 352-334-7910 or contact them via their website (https://alachua.floridahealth.gov/contact-us/). Ask to schedule a “vasectomy consult”. During your consultation visit you will complete the required Title X paperwork, consent form and offered STI screening.
Be advised that the vasectomy program has an allotted amount of Title X funds each fiscal year (July 1st -June 30th), and if there are no more Title X funds for the current fiscal year in Alachua County, you may seek assistance in surrounding nearby counties.

The fee is $690 if you do not qualify for Title 10 assistance.
