The Hardee County Health Department has a wonderful vasectomy program and may have Title X funding available for vasectomy. Their funds are awarded based on a sliding scale. You must be over 21 years old and wait 30 days after a consultation before you can have your procedure. Counseling and financial screening are done in the main health department clinic at 115 K D Revell Road in Wauchula, Florida 33873. Vasectomy services are then provided by the VasWeb Vasectomy Doctors at their office in Lutz/Tampa.
